Services & Fees

Insurance Information

Kaleidoscope Therapy and Holistic Wellness is out-of-network for all insurance companies. We partner with Thrizer to check and submit super bills to your insurance company, for possible partial reimbursement for therapy services. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits. A receipt for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided upon request.

We also have limited sliding scale spots available for clients based on financial need.

Payment  

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Cancellation Policy  
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
